  I bought some pumpkins, already cut in half, which were wrapped in some plastic cling wrap. I noticed after baking them there was a thick, white layer of waxy residue on them. I immediately contacted the falcon woolworths store as I was concerned about the colouring of the pumpkins. Please note, this is not my first time cooking pumpkins, so I new something was not right. The wonderful man on the receiving end, was very polite and offered me replacement pumpkins even without having the receipt. I returned to pick up my replacement pumpkins and they asked me how much the first lot weighed so I could also be given my money back. I feel this is very good customer service. I wasn't interested in my money back as well as the pumpkins, and walked away happy to just have new pumpkins. Well Done Woolworths Falcon store for being loyal and helpful.

  The only place I really want to shop when staying in Falcon. Consistently good quality produce, a huge selection of meats. Better than my local Woolworth in Perth by a long shot.

  Massive store with lots of products to choose from. One of the best stores I've been to.
