    When I called the Florist and left a message asking for my call to be returned in relation to a complaint, I received no call. I then submitted an email to them also expressing my dissatisfaction!

    I ordered flowers recently online and was emailed a confirmation with the incorrect delivery details. I contacted them and confirmed the address they were delivering to and the text that should go on the card with the flowers. I then called on the day they were to be delivered and again confirmed the address and text to be written on the card.

    The flowers were delivered to the address with only 3 words of the text - none of those 3 words being the senders details. So the recipient of the flowers had no idea who they came from.

    Whilst the flowers from this florist are always 'pretty' the service is terrible!!!
